Lady Gaga hits back at weight bullies: I'd rather be fat than shallow

LADY Gaga is no stranger to controversy — but this time, instead of her risqué outfits, it was her body that was criticised.

On Monday night, the 28-year-old posted two snapshots in a tan swimsuit, which sparked a flurry of tweets from fans about body image.

“#bodyrevolution Proud at any size, because the inside is what really counts,” Gaga captioned one posed poolside picture. “Plus, it’s all how you pose! just ask the supermodels!”
